It is important for YOU to feel that CrossFit Sugar Grove is the right fit. We of course feel that our program and community of people will be an amazing addition to your fitness journey, but we also want to make sure that you feel the same way. Most of our new members start at CrossFit Sugar Grove by sitting down with one of our Coaches in a No Sweat Intro. During this session you will tour the facility, discuss with our Coach what your goals are, and ask any questions you may have. Don’t worry; this is literally a “no sweat” intro….no workouts! Our program has many things to offer. During this time our Coach will have the opportunity to learn more about you, and to suggest a program that fits your goals and lifestyle.
