How do I get started?
It is important for YOU to feel that CrossFit Sugar Grove is the right fit. We of course feel that our program and community of people will be an amazing addition to your fitness journey, but we also want to make sure that you feel the same way. Most of our new members start at CrossFit Sugar Grove by setting up the first of several Complimentary Foundations Sessions. During this session you will meet with one of our Coaches, tour the facility, learn some of the movements we use, and ask any questions you may have. Don’t worry; we won’t put you through any difficult workouts! It will also give us the opportunity to find out what you are looking for, and how we can help you reach your goals.
At the end of this session we will not pressure you to join, sign contracts (which we do not have, by the way) or set up another session (unless you are excited to get another one on the calendar). It is a no pressure, no obligation way for us to get to know each other a bit, and learn if CrossFit Sugar Grove is the place for you!
Do you already have CrossFit experience? If so, you are more than welcome to try out a few complimentary classes instead of the Foundations Session. Contact Rebecca and set up a time to drop in!
