We offer a free introductory session which is designed to help you learn more about CrossFit, check out our space and answer any questions that you may have.

For many this may be your first exposure to CrossFit.  You will be instructed on some of the basic movements and experience examples of how we scale workouts for each individual.  It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your goals, so that we can discuss how CrossFit Sugar Grove can help you achieve those goals.
