Welcome to CrossFit Sugar Grove!
CrossFit Sugar Grove is not your typical gym…we are more than just a gym. We are a COMMUNITY of like-minded individuals who support one another in obtaining optimal physical fitness and health in a friendly and motivating atmosphere. We bring together people from all walks of life to train side-by-side. Everyone from the young to the old; students to teachers; soccer moms to military/police personnel; the in-shape athletes to those looking to get in-shape can all benefit from CrossFit. We help you find intensity levels that will push you to your limits, while making sure the workouts you are doing are manageable based on your individual capabilities.
When you first enter our “Box” (CrossFit speak for gym), you will never feel like an outsider and more importantly you will never be judged! We all had to walk through that door for the first time and we all know how it feels. Don’t be intimidated by the equipment or the big weights, you will be trained on how to properly and safely use all of it. Our KNOWLEDGEABLE & CERTIFIED TRAINERS utilize both Power and Olympic weightlifting movements and provide coaching, training, and programming centered on the CrossFit philosophy and methodology (If you’re not familiar with CrossFit, you can learn about it within our site). We constantly vary our workouts to give you a better overall fitness so that you have increased capabilities over a broader range of movements and activities.
Our trainers will help you achieve your GOALS whatever they may be. We want to help you lose weight, run faster, get a stronger core, put more weights on the bar, feel more confident, become more flexible, jump higher, make friends, have fun, and/or just enjoy life! Our SMALLER CLASS SIZES allow for more individual attention and quality training. We are more like sharing a personal trainer with friends than belonging to a “regular gym” and at a much cheaper PRICE compared to personal training.
