CrossFit Sugar Grove is not your typical gym…we are more than just a gym. We are a COMMUNITY of like-minded individuals who support one another in obtaining optimal physical fitness and health in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
We bring together people from all walks of life to train side-by-side. Everyone from the young to the old; students to teachers; soccer moms to military/police personnel; the in-shape athletes to those looking to get in-shape can all benefit from CrossFit.
We help you find intensity levels that will push you to your limits, while making sure the workouts you are doing are manageable based on your individual capabilities.
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is based on constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity. The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive.
CrossFit Competition training is a program designed to prepare athletes for high levels of CrossFit competitions. This programming is for athletes looking to improve performance in the open, regionals, or local competitions.
CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens programs are a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-12 (Kids) and 13-18 (Teens) based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity. Both programs are available.
Olympic lifting is an athletic discipline in the modern Olympic programme. The two competition lifts in order are the snatch and the clean and jerk. The snatch and the clean & jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to strength training.
Striking (Krav Maga) style is a military self-defense and fighting system known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency. The class teaches participants how to increase overall fitness, core strength, rotational speed and power by incorporating striking and kicking drills into CrossFit workouts.
Endurance is an sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. The program teaches participants how to gain the ability or strength to continue or last, despite fatigue, stress, or other adverse conditions; stamina
